He’s responsible for driving growth, delivering successful outcomes for clients, and has raised over £700m in funding. Henry works closely with clients to understand their businesses, shape funding strategies, and make introductions to the right funders. An ex-pro rugby player and proud dad to two young boys, Henry enjoys spending time with clients and pushing the company’s values forward.
Matt has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance across trade finance, export finance, asset finance and asset-based lending. He has worked with businesses in the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA, with a strong track record in structured finance, supply chain finance, turnaround funding and asset sales. Matt builds close client relationships, helping plan, structure and deliver funding solutions. He also works with banks, private funds and industrial groups. Outside work, Matt is active in several trade and finance associations and values long-term client partnerships
Niamh joined Key Finance two years ago and has quickly become a key member of the team. She works closely with clients and lenders, making sure deals move smoothly while finding the right type of funding for each business. Niamh specialises in understanding markets and businesses and supports deals across all services. When she’s not working, she’s either travelling as much as her bank balance allows or training for her next big fitness challenge.
Jake has been part of the team for 13 years and leads on asset finance while providing legal and finance support across all deals. He manages transactions, ensuring everything runs smoothly for clients. Known as the office’s technical guru, he’s often called on to fix IT issues too. At home, Jake enjoys life with his young daughter, dog walks, and a bit of gaming in his spare time.
Oliver works alongside Henry, William, and Niamh, supporting clients and lenders throughout transactions. He plays a key role in starting deals and building relationships in the growth lending industry. Before joining Key Finance, Oliver worked in a political office and has a keen interest in current affairs. A sport enthusiast and the office’s “resident old man,” Oliver is often playing football, golf, or squash in his spare time.
Craig has over 20 years of experience in accounting, mergers, and acquisitions for owner-managed businesses. He attends client meetings and negotiations, and plays a key role in preparing core documents like Information Memorandums that support smooth and successful sale processes.
Andrew specialises in all aspects of business sales. With over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and private equity, there isn't much Andrew hasn't experienced. He focuses on understanding clients’ businesses, keeping transactions on track, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
William has been with Key Finance for 10 years and leads as Sales Director. High-energy and well-connected, he’s the go-to specialist for asset-based lending and welcomes new clients to the business. William uses his extensive lender relationships to direct deals to the right place, guiding clients to secure the funding they need. Outside work, you’ll find him enjoying any sport that comes with a risk of injury.
